BACKGROUND
Tony was born 09/18/62 to Clare and Richard Martinez Garza.
He was last seen 09/14/84, just four days before his 22nd birthday, in southern Bexar County. His father reported him missing 09/20/84.
CRIME SCENE
Richard’s remains were found 01/04/86, near US Highway 181 and FM 3444 (now FM 775), in Wilson County, Texas.2 Cause of death was determined to be homicide.
