CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
He was last seen the night of 12/27/13 in the 4900 block of Jean Street in Baton Rouge.2
He was in Baton Rouge for the holidays and a family funeral. A resident of Dallas, Texas, he rented a car once in town, but never arrived at the funeral. The car was subsequently set on fire, which was caught on video.3

LIMITED INFORMATION
My research revealed very little about Travis’ background or circumstances of his disappearance.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a copy of the video that is rumored to show an individual running from the burning vehicle. Could it be a disoriented Travis? Or a perpetrator fleeing from the scene of a crime? Is foul play involved?
If you have a reputable source of additional information, please let me know so it can be incorporated into this summary.

- Physical: 6’0, 175-195 pounds, black hair, brown eyes
- Marks/Tattoos: ”Nun Son” tattoo on inner right forearm, “Troy” on inner left forearm, “Anethra” on left chest, and ‘flood city’ on elbows
- Clothing: black shirt, black jeans, black and blue tennis shoes, and a red and white jacket OR black fleece jacket/vest and blue jeans.
