At the time of his disappearance, Adrian was 23-years-old and lived with his parents at 3425 Florida Avenue in Kenner. He was employed as a dishwasher at Casa Garcia Restaurant, 8814 Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Metairie.

He is a responsible young man, who enjoys building cars, and never stayed away from home without notifying his family.1

CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE

Adrian was last seen 09/24/89 at Luc Eddie’s Lounge (now Westgate Tavern), 2727 Mississippi Avenue in Metairie. The lounge was within walking distance of Casa Garcia. Conflicting reports say:

  • He and a coworker arrived at the lounge around 1am, after their shift at Casa Garcia. When the coworker left around 3am, Adrian decided to remain at the lounge.2
  • He drank two beers with two coworkers at the lounge. Around 3am, he told them he was headed home. They watched him walk across the street and drive off in his vehicle.3

Adrian Cold Case MissingAdrian was driving a bluish/green 1968 Chevrolet Camaro, with rust spots all over, and Louisiana license plate #816B554 (VIN #123378N458438).2 The vehicle has not been re-registered or sold according to Lt. Brian McGregor, who re-opened Adrian’s case in 2017.

None of his clothes were missing and there’s been no activity on his bank account. Foul play is suspected.

Barbara told media, even if her brother was murdered, she’s forgiven whoever may be responsible for his disappearance. All she wants now is for someone to come forward with information, not only for her, but for her elderly father.3
